Wording to the effect of:
Guest4598: Dear Admin, your page is about to expire
User9831: Warning, take action or your page will be deleted
Person3398: Refund required: My product was not received
Dealing with a regular number of spam messages is a common headache for page admins and goes with the territory. But some accounts are seeing upwards of 20 messages a day PER ACCOUNT. When you factor in many Social Media Mangers look after multiple accounts, the amount of garbage notifications is insufferable.

This tip was reposted on LinkedIn by Matt Navarra. I implemented it immediately, and the relief was instant – no more spam messages on Facebook.
Here’s how to do it:
Open your Facebook business page
Select Meta Business Suite on the right-hand column
Select Inbox
Click ‘Chat Plugin’
Expand ‘Customise Your Chat Plugin’
Disable ‘Guest Chat’ – This only allows people signed into Facebook are able to message your business.
And that’s it.
